On 5/11/26, I called them to arrange service on two phones. They took info on my son's iPhone 14 and asked for an EID number, which I've never been asked for before.
I paid $14.01 for my son's phone and $21.26 for my Samsung. I understood it was my choice for the start date. Their rep somehow transferred my son's service immediately, no account, no transfer PIN from my current provider. No one there knew how he did this, nor did my existing provider when I called and asked.
I did not proceed with their service because they seem sketchy at the very least. I've asked at least twice for a refund on my service, which was never activated. I made a complaint to bbb.org; still, no refund.
I asked for a refund for both amounts because I still have to pay for my son's since my current carrier does not prorate the billing, so now I have to pay twice. Don't use this carrier.

resolved by sending emails and no more phone calls. phone calls are wasting time.

- - I was billed for months I wasn't using the service while I was away and I request a refund.
- - I switched to $10 pay-as-you-go to keep my number.
I got billed for the months I wasnt using the service coz i was out of the country for almost 3 months. Before my flight, I change my plan TO $10 pay as you go to keep my number.
I turned my cellular OFF to prevent me from using it. BUT THE MOBILE PHONE IS CONNECTED TO OUR WIFI and now I realized that I was being billed for the months that I WASNT USING THE SERVICE. I would appreciate a REFUND SO I COULD CONTINUE using the number and your H20 service.

User's recommendation: H20 has been my mobile provider ever since I move to the USA AND I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR THE LAST 7-8 yrs i guess - I plan to stick with H20 but if my refund request is denied i would have to change to another mobile provider. i want H20 because of the plan PAY AS YOU GO. And i choose auto payment everymonth so it is convenient for someone like me who is a light user only. My recommendation is for h20 user to just call a customer service if they want to change plan.
