User's recommendation: I love h20 but since last Friday June 10,2022 I have nit been able to make or receive phone calls! I need this fixed asap. Other than that I love h20 just hope they can get this issue resolved.

Connect service is great I've never had any issues with this company. I like the auto pay option I just wish I could pay my service at the first of the month when I pay all my other bills.

I ordered apple iphone mini12 from H20 wireless on 24th Jan (Order # 1023**** and 1023****) and phone was delivered around 27th Jan. In the product page, they didn't mention anything about minimum plan cost that I need to recharge with.
After placing order, I get a big terms and condition document in which it's mentioned that you need to recharge with 60$ plan. I immediately called and cancel the product on H20. Still they shipped the order.
After receiving the order, I called them and they told me to send an email to orders@***.com for initiating return. it's been around 10 days.
I haven't received a shipping label from them. I called them and for 75% of the time, they kept me on hold for more than 30 mins and then they disconnected the call. I was able to escalate this issue by connecting with agent (carolia-h20) on chat. She said she escalated the issue and I should receive the return label within 24 hours.
however, it's been 5 days since, then, no response yet.
After this I connected multiple time with agent ( roobby, arianny, mary etc), they just kept me on hold and no response from them yet. I feel this is the worst customer experience I have ever experience in my life. I will never recommend h20 wireless to anyone. I have lost my mind by dealing with such a pathetic customer service who has no empathy for customer problems
I am still waiting for return shipping label, but I haven't received yet.
If somebody is reading from H20 wireless team here, please return my product.
I haven't opened the box yet. It's still within 14 days of your return policy.
And please teach your customer agent to be professional and stop disconnecting call. Be professional !!

I just want to add to my previous comments. They took back the product, but it's been about 3 months, they havent refunded the amount. They have stopped replying to my email
